A) Upload & activate module - top

  1. Extract your downloaded file contens. You will notice a folder called "documentation" and a new zip file, called "upload.zip". Since "documentation" folder contains this readme file and helpful instructions that are not needed in your Perfex CRM's installation, we will focus on the "upload.zip" file.
  2. "upload.zip" contains the module files that you upload in Perfex CRM's Modules installation section.
  3. Go to your Perfex CRM's Admin area and select the following menu item: SETUP > MODULES.

  4. Select the extracted upload.zip at Module installation selection prompt and press INSTALL:
  5. You will be told that module is successfully installed and you will find it in the Modules list:


B) Integrate your chat service and enable module - top

  1. Now press Activate at module's options:
  2. And navigate to its Settings:
  3. You can enable or disable the functionality by setting the module to inactivate state or enabling it.

    WhatsApp module comes enabled by default, but without a telephone number at its input fields, so it wont work unless you enter your phone number there.

    Just paste your phone number (any phone number you want to be contacted at) in the proper field, according to your loading preferences and press Save button. Your WhatsApp button should load in the appropriate area (non-logged in customers landing page is excluded).

    You can also use a different number for different scenarios (Admin/Customer Areas).
